- Rates are based on luxury room type – upgrade fees are applicable – R360.00 per person to a deluxe dam facing room and R510.00 per person to a Superior Mountain view room.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations less than 45 days prior to scheduled arrival – 50% cancellation fees
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival – 75% cancellation fees
Cancellations less than 21 days prior to scheduled arrival – 100 % cancellation fees
No-shows will be charged the full amount for the duration of the booking
PAYMENT
- A 50% deposit is required in order to confirm a reservation.

Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival.

Should we not receive payment in accordance with the above terms, then we reserve the right to cancel the room/s reserved.

Over the peak period, bookings can only be secured once a 25% non-refundable deposit has been paid.
CHILD POLICY
Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the dining room after 19:00. Dinner is served for families with children from 17:00-19:00 on the restaurant veranda.
Child Minders are available at a rate of R80.00 per hour and we ask that a 24 hour notice period is giving in order to arrange this facility.
Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the spa from 08:00-19:00 while treatments are taking place. Should you wish to make use of the pool for the children the pool covers are removed at 07:00 and the children are most welcome to make use of the pools from 07:00 to 08:00 and then again after 19:00 to 20:00. The indoor pool is situated in our spa. We have an outdoor pool situated at the tennis courts and this pool is available throughout the day.
