Spring Recipe – Fordoun Fudge Cheesecake

- 750g Plain Cream Cheese
- 2 Cups Chopped Fudge
- Vanilla Paste
- 2 Packets Tennis Biscuits – Crushed
- 300/350g Butter Melted
- 8 Egg Yolks
- 2 Tins Condensed Milk
- Melt butter and add crushed biscuits. Press into a greased baking tray – chill in fridge for an hour.
- Blend Cream Cheese, Vanilla, Condensed Milk, Eggs, Fudge and pour into base and bake for 45 minutes on 170 Degrees. Once cooled, you can decorate with berries, flowers or chopped fudge.
